The food was great. Disappointed I could not get the smothered chicken. Their menu changes based on the day and smothered chicken is on Tuesday, so I will be changing my Fayetteville visits to Tuesday. Mac and cheese and greens were on point. Chicken wings were seasoned just right. I was not impressed with the muffin, but it was not bad.

Great food, along with great people!. I got the chicken wing lunch plate with French fries, collards, with cornbread, and banana pudding. The fry seasoning has to grow on me, but the banana pudding is to die for!. Same thing goes for the chicken wings, absolutely delicious!. The collards are great as well. And, I got the heavenly lemonade which is so good!. Definitely recommend!.

I called in as suggested. When I got there I was greeted and waited on shortly. I ordered the 3 fried wing meal with fried okra and macaroni and cheese. When I got home my food was piping hot. The chicken and okra was seasoned and fried to perfection. The macaroni was delicious and definitely homemade. The only thing is I had to log back on to work after my lunch hour lol. I would highly recommend.

What a delicious find! My husband and I travel all over NC and love trying different restaurants. This just became one of our top 5! We spent 10 for lunch at Dab’s and over 100 for dinner somewhere else and agreed that Dab’s was better. Everything was fresh and prepared with skill and love. The catfish is perfectly battered and just melts in your mouth. All of the sides, from okra, Mac and cheese, greens and rice with neckbone gravy, were flavorful and outstanding. And the owners and employees were so nice and welcoming. Be prepared to be blown away by the food and value!

Surprise my little cousin all the way from Colorado just to come get the pork chops, same recipe from pasted down, and family. This is an amazing one person show with good southern cooking from Alabama to the Carolinas. Must stop to enjoy a home cooked meal and bring back memories from your childhood when grandma was cooking up some good southern food. Go see Dab and get the pork chops and tell her “ your cousin Derrick sent us”… enjoy!!!!
